The first step was to take art out to the streets. Now we’re taking it back from the street to our homes. This may mean that Graffiti has lost it’s rebellious attitude, but it also goes to show the amazing progress it has made since the dark ages, when it was still considered as vandalism or just plain dirty.

There is no escape from the vintage trend. And why should there be? It’s a pretty cool trend. The New is so out of fashion. The Old, on the other hand, just gets more and more fashionable. Vintage clothes, vintage furniture, vintage photo albums – it’s all just a way to show that the present still appreciates the aesthetics of the past.

Graphic design too has not escaped the popular retro look, and together with polka dots and mustaches, vintage fonts are considered a necessary accessory for this look.
