The double challenge of designing a suitable website for artists of any kind is well known to web designers. The tricky part is to design a site that will present the art works beautifully, without overshadowing them. Photoshop vs Plugin: Who Has the Best 1-Step Noise Reduction?
If you find your photographs like mine, far from perfect, then I bet you have the need to edit. One of the main problems from digital cameras today is the amount of noise you will have in your photograph. Even while using a tripod, you may still experience movement. This is one of the first corrections I make in Photoshop, as 99% of my photos are hand-held. I’m sure I’m not alone.

Optimizing Your Image-Filled Post for Heavy Traffic
Let’s say you have this really cool post with 40-50 images and all of a sudden you have an abundance of traffic then your site goes down and you cannot understand why.
The thumbnail you used was 1024×768 but scaled down to 160×160 so naturally you assume you are using the same number of bytes that you would with the smaller file, but that is not the case. Then each of your 40-50 images are the same 1024×768 scaled down to something like 500×375.
